Standard Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased through or by phone, you can request a return through contacting us at For all retail products purchased through us, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Items ineligible for a return include:

  • Opened items
  • Partially-used items
  • Items missing manufacturer labeling

Processing of Return

To return your item(s) to LawnProducts, you have the following options:

  • Initiating a return-to-sender directly at with the carrier (FedEx) when the parcel is being delivered or by going to a nearby carrier location.
  • Contacting us and having us provide you with a return label to forward to the items to our warehouse.
  • If you used Paypal to checkout, you may alternatively initiate a case in the Resolution Centre to start the return process.

Once you return is received, we will usually refund the total amount of the transaction within 24 hours of its receipt. Following the issuance of the refund, we will also send you a Return Receipt confirmation via email.

Technical problems 

If you're having trouble with any product(s) purchase through us, please do one of the following:

  • Check the FAQ page to find out whether your answer can be found in the list of the Frequently Asked Questions.
  • If it is a technical question such as the area of coverage of each product or the mixing ratios, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet of the respected products as they often contain detail information on everything from spraying rates to precautions to be taken when applying the respective product.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Exchange an item

If you purchased your item from the Lawn Products online store, you can return it to us for an exchange. Item exchanges are not subject to availability or restocking fee (as long as they are in perfect/new condition as they were sent to you) and all products purchased through us can be exchanged for their full value for another item that you may prefer instead.
